DC & DEO Phek, John Tsulise Sangtam, NCS has informed to all the Political Parties under Phek District that the exercise for data commissioning of EVMs/VVPATs (Candidate setting in Control Units, Ballot Units and VVPATs) will be done and conducted on April 8 at 10:00 AM onwards, at DC’s Office, Phek Hq.

Therefore, all concerned are informed to be present or send their representative to witness the entire process.

DC & DEO Phek John Tsulise Sangtam,NCS has also informed all concerned Polling Personnel, Electors Category and Absentee Voters, PLOs , Sector Officers and Political Parties of Phek district that the date for Voting through Postal Ballot (House to house) is scheduled on April 11.

And the training/briefing by Nodal Officer, Postal Ballot will be conducted at 4:00 PM on 10th April/2024 at the Postal Ballot Cell, DC & DEO office, Phek, for which all Polling Personnel for Postal Ballot Team are to report on time without fail.
