- Tuensang District Volleyball Association defeated United Soyim club Ungma (25-22, 18-25, 25-22)
- Friends United Chakpa defeated United Soyim Club Ungma (23-25, 25-21, 25-27)
- Changtongya Vollyball Association defeated MH-10 Kohima (15-25, 20-25)
- Waromong Sports Association Jangjanglong Club defeated Arikotong Club (25-10, 25-17)
- Yimyu defeated Friends United Chakpa (19-25, 27-25, 17-25)
- MH-10 Kohima defeated Volleyball for Peace Longsa A (25-20, 25-23)
- Vision Volleyball Club Tuensang defeated Waromong Sports Association Jangjanglong Club (25-17, 25-15)
The quarter-final matches were also played on Day 3 of the tournament. The results are:

- Vision Volleyball Club Tuensang defeated Yimyu (25-17, 25-22)
- MH-10 Kohima defeated Kumlong Sporting Association A (25-12, 27-25)
- Changtongya Volleyball Association defeated Vision Quest VK Town (25-13, 25-19)
The semi-finals were played earlier in the morning today with MH-10 Kohima and Changtongya Volleyball Association heading on to the finals. The closing ceremony is slated to take place later in the evening.
