The Assam Rifles, in conjunction with Gorkha Gram Panchayat, organised a felicitation programme to honour the outgoing members of the Tetso Motorcycle Club (TMC) on 13th July 2024 at the Gorkha Public Panchayat Hall, Chandmari, Kohima.
The event marked a significant milestone in the long-standing association between Assam Rifles and the Tetso Motorcycle Club, highlighting their joint initiatives and shared commitment to community service and adventure.

The Tetso Motorcycle Club, known for its spirit of camaraderie and adventure, has been closely associated with Assam Rifles for several years. Together, they have undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at promoting social welfare, youth engagement, and national integration.
The club’s efforts in organising motorcycle rallies, community outreach programs and awareness campaigns have greatly contributed to the community and reinforced the harmonious bond between the club and Assam Rifles.
The event was graced by Colonel Tarun Rana, Commandant, 13 Assam Rifles, who felicitated Dr. Aniruddha Babar, the founder of TMC for his visionary leadership and dedication, which have been instrumental in creating an identity for the club.
The event concluded with adoption of National Pledge, symbolising their unity and commitment to the nation.
