DC Tseminyu informs on CM’s Universal Life Insurance Scheme

Tseminyu: NSRLM representatives to assist village councils for registration/verification of application

Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, Rohit Singh, IAS has informed all concerned that the Government of Nagaland has launched the Chief Minister’s Universal Life Insurance Scheme to provide life insurance coverage of Rs.2 lakhs and accidental insurance coverage of Rs.2 lakhs for the breadwinner and up to three families members/depends on the event of accidental death/disability.

In this regard, the last date of verification/registration for the Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme beneficiaries and government employees is on 5th September 2024 and for families not covered under CMHIS is 15th September 2024.

Therefore, all Head of Departments under Tseminyu District has been informed to ensure that all employees under their respective offices enrolled at the earliest.

While for residents of Tseminyu town who not covered under CMHIS are to approached the office of the DC office for verification of the forms during submission. For the applicants in the villages, the representative of the Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) shall assist the village councils for registration/verification of the application.
