District Welfare Officer Tuensang, T. Longlang Luckpan has informed all the beneficiaries that the NSAP Payment (Old Age Pension) Payment under Tuensang District including Noklak and Shamator District for the financial year 2023-24 will commerce w.e.f 28th October 2024. The pension payment will include categories as mentioned,

1. IGNOAP (60-79 Years)
2. IGNOAP (80 Years and above)
3. IGNWPS (Widow Pension Scheme)
4. IGNDPS (Disability Pension Scheme)
5. SOAP (State Old Age Pension Scheme)
6. Blind and Invalid.

The Village Council Chairmen and Head GBs of the village have been informed to collect all the Pension Payment Booklet make a list of the beneficiaries under its jurisdiction and bring them to DWO Office Tuensang to enable the department to update and process the pension payment through DBT.

For urban areas the Ward/Sector President have been informed to collect the Pension Payment Booklet and make a list of the beneficiaries and bring them to the undersigned Office, without which the Payment will not be processed.
