The Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio called on the Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Finance on November 20. Rio was accompanied by the Deputy Chief Ministers Yanthunngo Patton and T. R Zeliang.

The meeting, according to a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by Rio, discussed on important development projects to strengthen Nagaland’s economic growth.

“Called on the Hon’ble Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Smt. @nsitharamanJi, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Shri @YanthungoPatton and Shri @TRZeliang. We discussed about important development projects for further strengthening Nagaland’s economic growth,” tweeted Rio.
