ANCSU invites applications for “CENY”

The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has informed interested college students to avail the “Building the Culture of Education for Nagas on YouTube (CENY)” which is being launched as assured by the Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha S Supongmeren Jamir during the ANCSU Collegiate Meet in Dimapur last year to sponsor technical equipment for the students who intend to open YouTube channel in the endeavour to exhibit their knowledge, skills and talents.

A press release from ANCSU stated that under CENY, two applicants will be selected after a proper screening process and each winner will receive benefits worth Rs.75,000. The CENY fellows will embark on a 1 year journey of creating educational content in Nagamese dialect (along with English subtitles) to reach a vast audience.

“The objective of CENY is the belief that locally oriented and highly researched educational content will help build relevance of our people to adapt it to their daily lives, while enriching their knowledge about the culture,” ANCSU stated. It also encouraged universities’ students in the state to apply.

https://bit.ly/4e1xvg5 . The last date of submission July 10, 11:59 PM and the results will be declared on July 26 on the social channels of the MP Lok Sabha from Nagaland, ANCSU and local dailies.
