It said participation without prior approval may be deemed a violation of AIFF, NFA and CDFA regulations.
As per AIFF recommendations, no AIFF-registered player, coach, or referee is permitted to take part in unauthorized or unregistered tournaments.

Disciplinary action would be taken against any individual or team found in violation of this directive.
The CDFA has instructed all concerned to submit a formal notification to the CDFA office well in advance of any intended participation in such events. Failure to comply may lead to suspension, disqualification from future tournaments, or other disciplinary measures as per AIFF, NFA and CDFA rules, it cautioned.
