“The StoryKeeper”, a new bookshop owned by publisher, writer, and journalist, Vishü Rita Krocha, was officially inaugurated on Monday by Rev. Simon Raikhan, Pastor of New Spring Ministry, Kohima. The event took place at the Youth Net Building on Billy Graham Road.
Reflecting on her journey, Krocha shared that the dream of opening a bookshop had been on her mind for a long time.
As the publisher of PenThrill Publication, Krocha explained that the name The StoryKeeper holds deep meaning, representing her vision for the space.
Acknowledging that opening a bookstore in an era where many are shutting down may seem unconventional, Krocha emphasized her passion for storytelling. She mentioned how as writers, publishers, and journalists, “we don’t tell stories just to make money but do it because they love stories”.
