Awareness program on PM-National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (PM-NAPS), was held at Town hall, Phek on October 9 with the ADC Phek, Thejakhrienuo Nisa as the special guest.
In her address under the phrase, “Learn While You Earn”, Nisa encouraged the participants/students to concentrate their efforts in both classroom/textbooks knowledge and Skill Development for their future prospect.
She also appreciated the Department of Employment and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship of Nagaland for taking initiation of the Program, targeting the youths and students who are the most promising citizens to represent our future. She further encouraged the students and upcoming youths to take full advantages of the platform on awareness program for skill development been organised by State Government.

Pravin Yadav, State Coordinator, NSDE highlighted on PM- NAPS and registrations of Students and Establishments on PM-NAP Portal, followed by interactive session, participated by participants, students and officials at the program.
Kulo Kezo, DEO, Phek proposed the welcome address, while Kikhruvinuo Suohumvu and Roseline Pojor were the moderators of the session. Kezhaleo Medom, Officer-in-Charge of ITI Phek delivered the vote of thanks.
