Ministry of Power, Government of India, through the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), has announced the launch of the School, State/UT, and National Level Painting Competition 2025. This nationwide initiative aims to promote awareness about energy efficiency and conservation among school students while encouraging creativity and environmental responsibility through art.
The competition provides a unique platform for students to express their ideas on energy conservation and contribute to building a sustainable future.
This year’s themes are: “Save Energy, Save Earth”; and “Be a Star – Use BEE Star Appliances”
The competition would first be conducted at the school level. Each participating school would organize the event and evaluate entries. The best two paintings from each group (Group A & Group B) would be selected and forwarded to the respective State/UT Nodal Officer for consideration at the state level.

The participants in Group A are Classes 5, 6, and 7 and Group B are Classes 8, 9 and 10.
The best two entries per group must be sent to the respective State/UT Nodal Officer by November 7, 2025.
