Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, has informed that the written examination for candidates provisionally shortlisted after the PST/PMT for recruitment to the post of Constable in Nagaland Police would be held on January 20.
According to an official notification issued by the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, the written examination would ill be conducted at Nagaland Police Central School, Police Complex, Chümoukedima (Entry via RP Gate No. 1).
The examination would be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and candidates have been instructed to report by 9:30 a.m. The question paper would consist of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) carrying 40 marks and would be set in English language only. Candidates are required to use only black or blue ballpoint pens during the examination.
Admit cards must be produced mandatorily at the examination centre.
The use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets has been strictly prohibited, and no TA/DA would be admissible. Candidates have also been warned that any form of indiscipline or impersonation would invite strict legal action under relevant sections of law.

Only candidates and civil officials on duty would be allowed inside the examination venue, and no canvassing or outside influence would be entertained. Any grievances related to the recruitment process must be submitted in writing to the Member Secretary, DLSC, while further appeals may be made to the Presiding Officer, DLSC, for redressal.
The notice has been issued as information to all concerned candidates, and no separate individual communication will be made in this regard, the CP stated.
