“The ACCC 60 A/C, also strongly oppose the move of Mr. Lithriyem Yimkhiung, who have never been enrolled under 60 ACCC or DCC Kiphire and whereas his recommendation for the post of PCC Secy. Was not done through proper channel, as the DCC and ACCC 60 A/C have no knowledge of his appointment. Ever since his appointment the congress party has seen political unrest of conspiracies for removal of all the DCC, ACCC, PCCs and frontal organizations. His unofficial visit to Kiphire without prior official information to DCC and his provocative speech addressed to DCC during his anonymous meeting with 59 ACCC and when asked by the party workers on why the DCC have not been informed about the meeting, there are witnesses about the misconduct and disrespect to DCC Kiphire,” it stated.

The ACCC 60 A/C Pungro-Kiphire further added, “His reports on the unofficial visit to Kiphire and statement reported to NPCC is unjustified which has misguided NPCC. As a matter of fact it is learned from the sources that Mr. Lithriyem Yimkhiung manipulated the NPCC order No DCC/KPE/RE-01/24 dated 27/11/14 in regard with the appointment of two men committee by re organizing the DCC,ACCC,and all the subordinates without the knowledge of Mr. Longtili C Sangtam duly appointed by NPCC in the committee. The ACCC 60 A/C believes and upholds the sentiments of every party leaders and workers, and thus such kind of self-styled leadership is unwelcoming, unconstitutional and objectionable.
