A lecture for students on “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” and “Har Ghar Tiranga” was conducted by ‘E’Coy of Chieswma Battalion, Assam Rifles, Bhandari at the Don Bosco Higher Secondary School (DBHSS) Bhandari on 8th August 2022.

Major Rajat Yadav said AKAM is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate the 75th year of India’s Independence and the glorious history of its people, culture, and achievements.

He encouraged the students to be a part of the festival of global peace and also be a part of the awakening of the nation as young citizens.

Enlightening the objective of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, he also encouraged the students to have a sense of personal connection to the National Flag with pride and honour.
