Blend In Events hosts World Music Day Rockvival 3.0

Blend In Events successfully hosted the third edition of World Music Day Rockvival 3.0 at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, attracting an enthusiastic crowd of over 500 attendees. The event, supported by Nagaland Minerals & Mines and the Task Force for Music and Arts (TAFMA), featured an impressive lineup of local and regional talent.

The evening’s performances were headlined by The Rockvival Project and included stellar sets from MIMBIT, Hailinator, Stereo Groove, Blyth featuring Rongpangnok Ozukum—the youngest drummer in the state—and solo artist Tubesreeeamer. The event was emceed by Nichet Jamir, adding a charismatic touch to the proceedings.

Despite initial concerns, the weather was favorable throughout the event, allowing the audience to enjoy the performances without interruption. The sound and lighting, provided by Audiogarage and Meanmachine Prolightz from Dimapur, enhanced the experience, earning praise from both the audience and performers.

Blend in Events was founded by Wapang Jamir with support of friends and family with the first gig of “trance effect (I’m in your side tour)“ on 4th May, 2022 at Urban Hub café, Mokokchung. Later, on the occasion of World Music day celebration with “About Us” band as the headliner, with Tiatemsu Jamir,N Yanger Lemtur,Bendangonen (Studio Mint) & Imchayanger started the first edition of Rockvival.

The organizers expressed their gratitude to all event partners, sponsors, and individuals who supported Rockvival 3.0, emphasizing the importance of community support in promoting local talent.
