As part of the ongoing Census 2027 House Listing Operations (HLO), the official residence of the Chief Minister of Nagaland at the Chief Minister’s Residential Complex, Kohima, was covered under the house listing exercise on July 2.

The house listing of the residence of the Chief Minister, Dr Neiphiu Rio, was led by Deputy Commissioner & Principal Census Officer, Kohima, B Henok Buchem, NCS in the presence of Director of Census Operations, Nagaland, Dr Keneilhoutuolie Miachieo, IFS, Charge Officer, Kohima Sadar Rural, Seyiekhrietuo Solo, NCS and other Census officials.

The exercise was conducted in accordance with the prescribed procedures under the Census 2027 House Listing Operations.

The House Listing Operations form the first phase of Census 2027 and involve the collection of information on buildings, houses, and household amenities to facilitate the subsequent population enumeration.
