A Heads of Offices meeting was held at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Conference Hall, Tening, to discuss and deliberate on various matters concerning the forthcoming Independence Day celebration scheduled to be held on August 15 at Tening Headquarters.

During the meeting, ADC Tening, Neilezo Tep called upon all Heads of Offices and concerned officers to actively participate in the celebration and extend their full cooperation to ensure the successful conduct of the programme. He emphasized the importance of collective participation and coordination among the departments in upholding the spirit and significance of Independence Day.

The meeting also reviewed various arrangements and responsibilities related to the celebration with the officers urged to work in close coordination for the smooth and orderly conduct of the event.

Meanwhile, EAC Ihoilung, highlighted the various activities successfully undertaken under the DPDB adoption initiative. The briefing outlined the progress and achievements made through the initiative, reflecting the coordinated efforts of the departments and stakeholders towards community development and public welfare.

The meeting concluded with a call for continued cooperation and active involvement of all departments in making the Independence Day celebration a meaningful and successful occasion at Tening Headquarters.
