Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, has informed that in view of the ongoing excavation works at Chainage 101 +060 to Chainage 101 +161 (Losatephe and Lanehzo Village) under package – V of the Kohima – Jessami Road, vehicular movement of all types along the said stretch shall remain completely restricted from June 10 to 14 between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. as a precautionary measure for the safety of the general public.

During the period commuters have been advised to utilized the alternate route via Pfutsero – Porba – Sakraba – Khomi – Phek village – Lanezho and vice versa.
