Briefing about the distribution of the National Flag, DC Kohima Shanavas C IAS has stated that as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, the district administration, Kohima had received 52,000 flags at the cost of 20 rupees per flag from the Government of India which were handed over to Kohima Chamber of Commerce, KMC, RD Department and all heads of offices for distribution to the wards, villages, shops, stakeholders and offices. He also appealed to all the citizens of Kohima to ensure that the flags are displayed as directed from the 13th August to 15th August 2022 and to observe it as a national honour.
