The Deputy Commissioner and DEO Kohima Kumar Ramnikant IAS has notified that the casting of Postal Ballot by Absentee Voters Essential Services (AVES) category shall be conducted on April 15, 16 and 17 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for which a Postal Voting Centre (PVC) is being set up at DB’s Court, Deputy Commissioner Office complex Kohima.

Therefore, all personnel under AVES category who have applied for voting through Postal Ballot have been informed to take note and exercise the franchise on the dates mentioned above.
