In continuation to the Office of Deputy Commissioner Kohima order no. of even number dated 23 March 2022, Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C, IAS on 13 August 2022 has ordered that off-road vehicles and roadside dumped-construction materials causing obstruction and defacement of public spaces must be removed with immediate effect. 

The order also stated that failure to comply with the order shall attract penal action as per relevant provisions of law.
