The Deputy Commissioners and District Election Officers of the districts of Kiphire, Phek, Mon, Noklak and Chümoukedima has informed owners/drivers on disbursement of hiring charges for all private vehicles requisitioned and utilized during the Lok Sabha elections held on 19th April 2024.
KIPHIRE
DC & DEO, Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, NCS, has informed that the hiring/ halting charges will be disbursed on 24th to 26th April 2024 for private vehicles requisition within Kiphire HQ & Seyochung sub-division at DC & DEO office from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
For private vehicles requisition within Pungro sub-division, disbursement will also be held on the same dates/place. Requisition order will be required during the disbursement.
PHEK
SDO (C) & Nodal Officer, Transport Management Cell Phek, Tsenthungo E. Ngullie, NCS, has informed that the same will be disbursed at DC’s office Phek (Transport Cell) from 23rd April to 26th April 2024 during office hour.
Therefore, vehicle owners/ drivers may collect the same by producing the requisition order and ID card.
MON
DC & DEO Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS, has informed all the private vehicles engaged for election duty during conduct of General Elections to the Lok Sabha 2024 under Mon District, that payment for hiring/halting charges will be released from 25th to 30th April 2024.
All concerned have been informed to collect dues from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Mon on the above-mentioned dates during office hours by producing Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order in original without which payment shall not be released.
LONGLENG
DC & DEO Longleng, Dharam Raj, IAS, has informed that the hiring/halting charges will be disbursed from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Longleng on 25th and 26th April 2024 during office hours.
All concerned are to produce requisition order and vehicles Duty Detailment Order while claiming the payment.
NOKLAK
DC & DEO, Noklak, Arikumba, NCS, has informed all vehicle Owners/ Drivers whose vehicles have been engaged for polling duty during the General Election to Lok Sabha, 2024 that payment of vehicle hiring/halting charges will be disbursed on 24th and 25th April 2024 at the office of the DC & DEO Noklak during office hours.
Further, the DC& DEO has requested all concerned to collect it by producing a copy of the requisition order, Duty Detailment Slip signed by the officer in-charge along with vehicle registration ID/proof without which payment will not be entertained.
CHÜMOUKEDIMA
This is for information of all concerned that payment for hiring/ halting charges for private vehicles engaged for election duty under Chumoukedima District will be released from the office of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Chumoukedima during office hours as per the Schedule provided below:
- Auto, Alto, Wagon R on 26th- 27th April 2024.
- Sumo, Eeco Van, Force Traveller, Winger on 29th April 2024.
- Pick up (T/ Mobile, Yodha, Super Carry) & Bus on 30th April 2024.
All concerned have been informed to collect the dues on the above mentioned dates by producing Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order in original without which payment shall not be released.
