The Felicitation-cum-Award programme for HSLC & HSSLC Topper of 2022 for Children of Nagaland Police Personnel was held at Mini-Conference Hall, PHQ on 18th August 2022. DGP Nagaland, senior Police officers of PHQ, unit commanders and other meritorious students and parents attended the programme through video conference from various parts of Nagaland.
Director General of Police, Nagaland, T. John Longkumer, IPS felicitated and presented the DGP Commendation Certificate along with Rs. 30,000 (thirty thousand) per achiever to all the 13 (thirteen) meritorious Children of Nagaland Police Personnel in recognition for their excellent academic achievement and performance. The award was given to encourage the pursuits of excellence in education. The award incentive to the meritorious HSLC & HSSLC students was sponsored by the ‘IPS Nagaland Chapter’ and ‘NPS Association Nagaland’.
In his speech, the DGP congratulated all the achievers and their parents for their dedication and sacrifice and wished them the best in the days to come. The programme was chaired by Vikram Ezung, NPS, Asstt. Inspector General of Police (Ops).
