Nagaland’s Deputy Chief Minister, NEC Member and senior Bhartiya Janata Party member, Yanthungo Patton today said that discipline, commitment and dedication of the workers are the true pillars of the party.
Addressing the 45th Foundation Day of the BJP at the Head Office in Kohima, Patton also stated that the growth of the party has been powered by a clear vision for the country and the tireless work of the members, a press release from BJP Nagaland said. The party was established on ideals that connect with the core values of our diverse nation, seeking progress and development for every section of the society, he added. Patton also stressed that the strength of the BJP lies within its organisational structure and not just it’s leaders.
The BJP leader the Foundation Day marks the establishment of a political movement that has grown stronger over the decades guided by the principles of commitment and progress in the service of the people of India. He attributed the likes of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, LK Advani, Amit Shah, JP Nadda and others for the Party becoming the largest political organisation. Further, Patton said that the party and the nation is benefitting from the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his vision of “Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas-Sabka Prayas”.
The press release also informed that the Party flag was hoisted by Y Patton before the formal program which was chaired by Arvind Damani, NEC Member, BJYM. The invocation was pronounced by Yovi Shohe, Associate Pastor, SABC, Kohima, welcome address was delivered by Thomas Magh, Chief Spokesperson, a special song was presented by BJYM Kohima, and vote of thanks was given by Ankit Jain, President, Minority Morcha.
