In pursuance of the Urban Development Swachh Bharat Mission, Alongdhimen Jamir, Additional Deputy Commissioner and District Administrator Longleng, has informed to all the concerned Ward authority/Head of Department /Institution/business establishment under Longleng Town that the collection of plastic waste will be carried out on 1st June, 2024 by Longleng Town Council Staffs.

Further, a Mass Social work will be conducted on 5th June, 2024 from 6:00 AM onward within the Town jurisdiction with special focus on single use plastic waste, clearing/cleaning of clogged drains etc.
Therefore, all concerned are requested to actively participate in the social work.
