The Draft Electoral Roll for six Assembly Constituencies (ACs) under Kohima district has been published in connection with the Special Intensive Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls 2026, with October 1, 2026 as the qualifying date.

According to a notification was issued by B Henok Buchem, NCS, Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Kohima, the draft rolls for 8-Western Angami, 9-Kohima Town, 10-Northern Angami-I, 11-Northern Angami-II, 14-Southern Angami-I and 15-Southern Angami-II ACs are available for viewing and inspection at the respective offices of the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and with Booth Level Officers (BLOs).

Citizens may file claims for inclusion of names, objections to inclusion of names, or objections to particulars in any entry in the Draft Electoral Roll on or before October 20, 2026.

Claims and objections are to be submitted to the respective EROs using Form 6 along with Annexure IV (Declaration Form), Form 7 or Form 8, as applicable.

The list of claims and objections will also be made available on the website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland, and displayed on the notice boards of the ERO offices and Election Branch on all working days.
