A Mega Job Fair was organized by Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Nagaland in association with District Skill Committee-District Administration, Dimapur, Nagaland along with Sachin Jaiswal (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur. Chairman of the District Skill Committee, Dimapur. As Guest of Honour on the 28 of October 2022 at the District Agriculture Office, Dimapur.

Temjenkala Aier, CEO of Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Nagaland said the Mega Job Fair is a focused event with a vision to generate employment of candidates in the hospitality, cruise and aviation space.

As a leading training partner of the Tourism Hospitality Skill Sector Council, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and National Skill Development Corporation, the Consultancy continuously strives to identify aspiring youths from different parts of India.

The consultancy believes a Job Fair like this is the correct platform to bridge the gap between the educated unemployed youths and the industry, thus making this Job Fair unique.

Aier also said the district administration has been very instrumental in bringing about awareness of this event by helping & supporting them in launching social media & other media campaigns across the state.

Emporium Training & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd was formed in Kolkata on 1 May 2007, and later in 2018, the company came up with its 1st Skill Development Centre in Nagaland. Since then, it has trained and placed almost 5000 students across India & overseas.

This was made possible only because of the support that it has had from the esteemed industry partners over the years and has signed MoUs with every industry partner across the country and overseas, Aier noted.

Sachin Jaiswal congratulated the youth who were participating and the neighboring states who have turned up for this event. He also urged the participants to adapt to the environment wherever they are posted.

A total of 427 candidates from all over Nagaland and neighbouring states participated in the Mega Job Fair today and 275 candidates received offer letters on the spot from various eminent organizations.

Big companies and industry names like Delta Group, ITC Hotels Jio world center, Taj, Encalm, Strecis, and the Park took part in the Mega Job Fair.
