Prof. Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, currently the Vice Chancellor of Nagaland University had an eventful three days in Mizoram University from where he is superannuating as a Professor in the Department of Political Science, this month. In his long years serving Mizoram University, he had been a teacher as well as an administrator.
