The Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (DESD&E), Government of Nagaland has notified that henceforth, entry of persons after office hours and parking of vehicles within the DESD&E and Government ITI, Kohima Compound would be strictly regulated.
In a notification, the Additional Secretary and Ex-officio Director of the Department, Kovi Meyase, NCS stated that many unauthorised persons had been entering “habitually parking” their vehicles within the Directorate’s compound and also entering the compound after office hours causing loss and damage of office properties as well as indulging in anti social activities.

DESD&E had previously issued a notification on 29th May 2023 “to streamline entry as well as parking of vehicles within the office compound,” the 30th September 2023 notification said.
Meyase further informed that defaulters would be reported to the appropriate authorities for necessary action, it added.
Mention maybe made that there is also a powerhouse within the compound.
