The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Fazl Ali College is organising a two-day Faculty Development

Programme on “Office Procedures and Financial Administration” from July 30 to 31. The Resource persons for the programme include I Aochuba Pongener, Additional Director, Treasuries & Account Kohima, Nagaland and Asalie Lese, NCS Deputy Secretary, Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department Kohima, Nagaland.

The first day commenced with a short opening programme chaired by Watitoshi Ao, Assistant Professor & HoD Mathematics and an introductory note addressed by Bendangsenla, IQAC

Coordinator. Sessions on ‘Financial Management and Audit’, and ‘Pension: OPS, NPS and UPS’ was conducted with I Aochuba Pongener as the Resource Person who presented a detailed structure of the subjects.

The programme aims to strengthen faculty competencies in office administration and institutional governance through practical training on office procedures, file processing, noting and drafting, official communication, record maintenance, financial management, audit and pension systems.
