Free medical health camp held at Sazolie College

The Alumni Association of Sazolie College organized a “Free Medical Health Camp” on June 18 at Vineizono Hall. The event was specifically designed for the College students’ community, teaching and non-teaching staff, offering a range of essential Health services at no cost.

The camp was led by Dr Zubenthung (Community Health Officer) and his dedicated team from National medical Mobile Unit who provided comprehensive medical examinations, including blood pressure and sugar tests, general health assessments, X-ray for Tuberculosis (NHAK), NCD screening (WHO), body mass index (BMI) calculations, and personalised consultations with free basic medicines for common ailments. The initiative was met with an enthusiastic response with approximately 350 students, teaching and non-teaching staff participating.

The Alumni Association of Sazolie College successfully achieved its objective of promoting preventive healthcare and give back to the college community as part of the social outreach program.
