In view of the upcoming 25^th Edition ofHornbill Festival, this year too, the Department of Horticulture will be actively partaking in the Annual Hornbill Festival, through a host of activities at the Hortiscape, Naga Heritage village, Kisama, which has become one of the major attractions during this festival.

Various events/activities to be hosted at Hortiscape, Kisama, during Hornbill Festival 2024 by the Department of Horticulture, Nagaland, Kohima are as follows:

1. State level exhibition-cum-competition for flowers at Floral Galleria
2. Biodiversity Exhibition of fruits, vegetables, spices & indigeneous fruits & vegetables
3. Sale of various fruits, vegetables and Spices;
4. Sale of flowers & ornamental plants.
5. Sale of Organic fruit juice & fruit salad.
6. Display and sale of hydroponic farming and its produce at Kaleidoscope
7. Sale of Departmental Farm produces (Orange/Mosambi/Kiwi/Mushroom)
8. Promotion of Horti Tourism: visit to farms viz Molvom village (Pineapple), Rusoma Village (Orange) and Thuvupisu village (Kiwi).
