The five-day motor rally organized by the Indian Army in collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra, to commemorate the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Hornbill Festival concluded on 1st December 2024 at Jakhama, Kohima district, Nagaland.

The rally covered a scenic and challenging route from Rangapahar Military Station through Jorhat, Mokokchung, Wokha, and Kohima before culminating at Jakhama, celebrating Nagaland’s vibrant heritage and spirit of adventure, the PRO and Spokesperson of Ministry of Defence informed in a press release.

The rally featured 20 participants and 8 SUVs sponsored by the Mahindra & Mahindra, highlighting the collaborative effort to honor Nagaland’s culture and traditions. The event showcased the enduring bond between the Indian Army and the people of Nagaland while promoting unity, resilience, and exploration.
