In a significant move to support and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit of Nagaland, the Department of Industries and Commerce in collaboration with IBIS Solutions, Kolkata successfully conducted a comprehensive workshop for budding entrepreneurs in the state.

The workshop, titled “Awareness Workshop: An Experiential Learning Programme,” provided aspiring entrepreneurs with valuable insights on unlocking their latent potential and understanding market dynamics, informed a press release. The event included interactive sessions led by Rajib Bal, MBA (HR-Admin Head), Corporate Lecturer & Consultant, covering topics like professional development, market strategies, and group-based project presentations.

Ikheshe Kahoto, Assistant Director of Industries & Commerce, Nagaland, addressed the participants emphasizing the importance of nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

The workshop was part of the ongoing efforts by the Department of Industry and Commerce, Nagaland, to foster a strong start-up ecosystem in the state. By offering practical insights and mentorship, the workshop served as an important platform for networking, skill-building, and learning.
