Konngam Konyak advises officers of Art & Culture depart to accept transfers gladly, says Nagaland a small state

Kohima: The Advisor expressed happiness that the department officials are ready to deliver and help the people

The Department of Art and Culture held an introductory meeting with Advisor Art & Culture, Treasuries & Accounts, K. Konngam Konyak at its Directorate at Bayavü Hill, Kohima on Friday, DIPR informed.

Konyak, in his address, urged the officers to gladly accept transfers since it is their duty to serve the people anywhere, and the state is quite small, and no place is too far to travel.

He expressed happiness that the department officials are ready to deliver and help the people. He said that the Art & Culture department may not have as many activities as other big departments, but it is well structured, and that all should work hard and seek to leave a good legacy behind through their good deeds for the people.

“Whether we fail or succeed let’s all try and give our best in whatever we undertake,” Advisor added.

Commissioner & Secretary A&C, Athel O Lotha, IAS also spoke on the occasion and Director A&C, Adela Moa gave the welcome address.
