The Khiamniungan Students’ Union (KSU) HQ Noklak has directed to all non-local business personnel and workers residing within the Khiamniungan jurisdiction to produce the following documents to the KSU Office on or before June 30, 2025:
- Original Permanent Residential Certificated (PRC) from respective State.
- Business/work details with shop permit/work order.
Failure to produce the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in reporting to the Police for necessary deportation proceedings from Noklak, stated the directive.
Urging for strict compliance, the union warned that it will not entertain any excuse for the defaulters after the dateline.

In another directive, the KSU also strongly warned individuals/groups against collecting illegal taxes from the businesses and construction personnel within Khiamniungan jurisdiction.
“Any individual/group found engaging in such activities will face stringent action from the union. We urge all citizens to report any such incidents to the office,” it appealed.
