The Lotha Youth Hoho (LYH) on August 19 continued its departmental visitation programme with a visit to Dr Motsuo Memorial District Hospital, Wokha.
The visitation also covered several other government offices, including the Divisional Forest Office, Social Welfare Office, Government Higher Secondary School, District Urban Development Office, Industries & Commerce Office, Government Industrial Training Institute, and the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Hospital.
During the visit to the district hospital, the LYH team held extensive discussions with hospital staff and interacted with patients to understand their concerns and assess the services being provided. Similar constructive engagements were held with staff members of the other departments, during which various issues and concerns were raised and positively discussed.

The LYH stated that the departmental visitations are aimed at promoting public welfare, strengthening accountability and ensuring that government services reach the public effectively.
The Hoho further stated that it will continue its unannounced departmental visitations to the remaining offices in the district as part of its commitment to safeguarding public interest and ensuring accountability for the benefit of the general public.
