In connection with the matters relating to the implementation and deliberation on the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, and the monitoring of the Key project indicators (KPI) in compliance with the Supreme Court Civil Appeal no. 6174/2023 for implementation of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026, a meeting of all concerned members was held at DPDB Hall, Kiphire on August 27.

Deputy Commissioner Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, NCS, chaired the programme. All the concerned members attended the meeting, with their respective reports, status updates and other relevant information/documents pertaining to Solid Waste Management for detailed deliberation and necessary course of action.
