A meeting under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, Nagaland would be held on May 18 at Circuit House, Dimapur to review and assess the recurring flood-affected sites within Dimapur and East Dimapur areas.

According to a circular issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, DDMA Dimapur, Dr Tinojongshi Chang, NCS, the meeting has been convened in pursuance of instructions from the Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home Department, Nagaland.

All concerned departments and organizations have been directed to be present at Circuit House, Dimapur on May 18 at 9:30 a.m.

The departments informed to attend the meeting include the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, administrative officers, CEO DMC, Water Resource Department, Urban Development Department, EE PHED, Nagaland Pollution Control Board, Chairman DMC, Chairman East Dimapur Town Council, and the DPRO.
