The MGM College Alumni Association organised a Talent Hunt Programme on August 29 at MGM College, providing students with a dynamic platform to showcase their talents, creativity, confidence and stage presence. The programme brought together the Principal, faculty members, alumni, guests and students in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, encouragement and celebration of student potential.

The event reflected the Alumni Association’s commitment to nurturing young talents and creating meaningful opportunities for students beyond the classroom.

The programme was graced by the presence of Principal Dr RK Behera, who encouraged the students to participate actively in such programmes and make full use of every opportunity to discover, develop and showcase their abilities. He emphasised that talent, when combined with confidence, discipline and dedication, can open new avenues for personal and professional growth.

The Talent Hunt featured a variety of impressive performances, with participants demonstrating their abilities before the audience and the panel of judges who were the Alumni members.

Following a keenly contested competition, Manzen P Konyak (semester V Education) secured the first position, while Apili (Semester I English) won the second position and Eyilobeni T Ngullie (semester V sociology) secured the third position. The Education Department emerged as the winner of the Best Department Performance.

The event concluded with the felicitation of the winners, recognising their talent, hard work and confidence.
