MGM College organised a special Spiritual Programme under the aegis of the Women Cell on August 10, with the aim of nurturing faith, character, discipline, and value-based living among students.

The programme was chaired by Sungjemyala, BA 5th Semester, Department of English. It commenced with an invocation by Imkumnaro Longkumer, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, followed by a special song presented by Inavitoli Swu, BA 5th Semester, Department of Sociology.

The highlight of the programme was an inspiring Word of God shared by Colo Mero, Director of Life Ministries, Nagaland.

Drawing from his personal experiences, Mero shared meaningful reflections on the importance of keeping God at the centre of everyday life. He encouraged the students to seek God’s guidance in their studies, decisions, relationships, and future aspirations.

Emphasizing the importance of faith, discipline, character, and purpose, he reminded the students that true success is not measured merely by academic achievements or material accomplishments, but by the values one upholds, the character one develops, and the positive impact one makes in the lives of others.

The programme concluded with the benediction by Vikedounuo, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce.
