MY Bharat Mokokchung has announced that local youth participating in the ongoing Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 Quiz can progress from the district level to state presentations and ultimately secure a direct ticket to represent Nagaland at the National Youth Festival in New Delhi on January 12, 2027.
During a consultative co-ordination meeting chaired by MY Bharat, it was emphasized that the foundational online test serves as the mandatory Stage-l entry point to qualify for the subsequent state and national levels.
Officials clarified that the VBYLD 2027 selection process is a highly competitive, multi-tiered talent search. High-scoring youth who clear the initial Stage-l online quiz will advance through a structured selection journey, progressing through essay submissions (Stage-ll) and District/State Presentations (Stage-lll & IV) before domain experts. The top qualifiers from the state level will advance as national delegates to the grand finale in New Delhi on January 12, 2027, where they will get the historic opportunity to personally present their policy innovations for a “Viksit Bharat @2047” directly to the Prime Minister of India.
The district mobilization team, comprising MY Bharat, Colleges and Youth Club leaders across Mokokchung, finalized immediate steps to boost youth participation across the district:

Exclusivity: MY Bharat officials reiterated that the official MY Bharat Portal (mybharat.gov.in) and mobile application is the exclusive gateway for youth aged 15 to 29 to register and take part.
MY Bharat District Youth Officials highlighted that the MY Bharat ecosystem features robust digital modules, including an automatic CV Builder, specialized domain mentorship, and direct linkages to the PM Internship Scheme to enhance student employability. The portal also connects registered youth to 60-Hour Experiential Learning Programs (ELPs) with various government organizations and departments to bridge academic understanding with practical, field-level operations.
The team suggest to establish student helpdesks across institutions- including Fazl Ali College, Jubilee Memorial College, and local higher secondary schools-to accelerate profile creation and assist youth in accessing these verified career roadmaps.
MY Bharat Mokokchung has requested all educational institutions, higher secondary schools, and youth associations/clubs across Mokokchung to run aggressive classroom campaigns and awareness drives. MY Bharat aims to ensure maximum representation from Mokokchung district through the district and state stages to the National Youth Festival on January 12, 2027.
