The Government of Nagaland has announced the appointment/nomination of authorized officers for adjudging penalty in accordance to Section 3 clause 2 of the Cinematograph (Adjudication of Penalty) Rules 2024 under the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India.

The Governor of Nagaland is pleased to appoint/ nominate the following officers of the State Government as authorized officers for adjudging penalty under the provisions of the Act.
