The Nagaland HipHop Music Festival, Inception 3.0, which is an annual event celebrating the vibrant and diverse hip-hop culture in Nagaland, drew enthusiastic crowd RCEMPA, Jotsoma on 25th August 2024. The festival was organised by Table 3 and supported by Title Sponsor, Black Rose Enterprise and powered by TaFMA and the Tourism Department of Nagaland.
The organisers informed in a press release that around 1,000 people, including about 800 audience members and a robust team of organisers and performers, gathered to celebrate the vibrant hip-hop culture.
The Nagaland HipHop Music Festival, Inception 3.0, featured performances from top local and regional artists, creating a platform for creative expression and cultural exchange. This year’s festival showcased top-tier talent from across the region which included a diverse mix of artists, with headliners Khasi Bloodz delivering a powerful performance that captivated the audience from start to finish.

Beatbox Championship Results:
– Champion: Nabinbe from West Bengal emerged as the Champion of the 7th Nagaland Beatbox Championship, showcasing incredible vocal techniques and creativity.
– Vice Champion: Antidote from Meghalaya earned the Vice Champion title with a powerful and engaging performance.
– Cultural Impact: The festival successfully brought together various elements of hip-hop, from beatboxing and breakdancing to rap and graffiti art, showcasing the diverse and dynamic nature of the culture.
Dance Competition Winners:
– Champion: The Ace from Kohima took home the top prize in the HipHop Dance Competition, impressing the judges with their exceptional skills.
– 1st Runners-Up: Gangs of Fantastic from Manipur showcased a brilliant performance to secure the second spot.
– 2nd Runners-Up: Beat Kings from Chumoukedima rounded out the top three with their dynamic routine.
The organisers have commended the dedication and hard work of the entire Table 3 team, along with its partners, sponsors, and volunteers. They also thanked the Nagaland Beatbox Community, Lamgrace Dance Studio, and countless others who contributed their time and talents without which it said that the event would not have been possible.
