Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Kohima bid farewell to its outgoing Director Vitsutho Nyuthe and Jt. Director, Nchumbemo Patton at the directorate’s Conference Hall on Friday, a DIPR report stated.
Nyuthe, in his speech, said that in the past years, a number of challenges in the Department have helped it grow in a positive manner. He requested the new team to carry forward the work with zeal and to give their best.
Stating that many had made immeasurable contributions to the progress of the Department, Nyuthe thanked them for organizing so many opportunities and for being so enthusiastic. He expressed that his aspiration for the Department was for everybody to continue with the teamwork, stay dedicated and focused to taste the fruit of success.

Speaking at the programme, outgoing Jt. Director, Nchumbemo Patton thanked everyone for their friendship and the honour of having worked with them. He also said that working with this Department has been an incredible learning expedition and he was thankful to everyone he met on this journey as each one of them has played a very important role in his life.
Short speeches for the outgoing officers were presented by Commissioner and Secretary, Kekhrievor Kevichusa, IPoS, Director, Industries and Commerce, A. Temjen Jamir, General Manager, NIDC Ltd. Temjen, General Manager, DIC, Mon, Lemnon Wangsha, and Jt. Director (Admn) & President NICGOA, Er. Lipongse Thongtsar.
