Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games from November 2

The Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) has announced that the Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games (NOPG) 2026 would be held from November 2 to 14 at Chümoukedima and Dimapur.

For the NOPG 2026, the disciplines recognized by the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) has been determined as per the proposed 4th North East Games 2026, taking into consideration the available infrastructure and resources.

The disciplines are: Archery (Men & Women); Athletics (Men & Women); Badminton (Men & Women); Basketball (Men & Women); Boxing (Men & Women); Football (Men); Pencak Silat (Men & Women); Taekwondo (Men & Women); and Wushu (Men & Women).

A separate competition notification would be issued to each concerned Sports Association and the contingents for the games will be as per the 17 districts of Nagaland.

According to NOA, registration of players and teams would be done electronically (online) commencing from October 1 and the last date for submission of player and official registrations would be October 15. No changes to the registered names would be permitted after the completion of the registration process.

The Games Organizing Committee would provide accommodation, local transportation, food and technical arrangements for the competitions in the host cities. The dates of arrival and departure would be notified separately.
