The office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland has on Friday announced that seizures worth ₹1,14,27,070 was made on Thursday across the state.
A press release from the CEO said that enforcement agencies seized ₹10477220 cash, liquor worth ₹1262600 and drugs/narcotics worth ₹466600. No freebies were confiscated.
Zunheboto Police conducted raids at various locations on 9th February and arrested 3 people.The following IMFL and drugs were confiscated from their possession:
1. Beer -36 Cans
2. AC black -72 bottles
3. MC Rum -8 bottles
4. SP capsules -128 nos

The CEO office had notified yesterday that the total seized cash, liquor and drugs seized on Wednesday was valued at ₹6,17,917.
Central and State agencies have seized a total of ₹35,60,60,600 since the Model Code of Conduct was enforced in the state.
