The Association of Power Engineers Nagaland (APEN) has condemned the harassment meted out to one of its members, Er. Thanyalo Kath, Sub-Divisional Officer (Electrical), Mon on 23 March at Mon town.

A press release from the association informed that some miscreants, claiming to be from the NSCN (U), intimidated Kath with death threats.

While the members of APEN are giving their utmost best, performing their duties round the clock to serve the people, such an inhuman and outrageous act is unacceptable, it added.

The association appealed to the law enforcing agencies to take all necessary steps to book the culprits and take action as per law.
