Rio retained his constituency, 11 Northern Angami-II, hands down by a margin of 15824.
In interesting turn of events in Kohima district, Dr. Neikiesalie Kire (NDPP) and Khriehu Liezietsu (NPF) have both lost their constituencies.
While Kire lost to Dr. Tseilhoutuo Rhutso (NPP) in 9 Kohima Town A/C by a margin of 1342 votes, Liezietsu has lost 10 Northern Angami-I to Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome (NDPP) by 1690 votes.
Dr. Sukhato A. Sema (LJP) has been declared winner in 13 Pughoboto A/C, winning by 850 votes.
In 16 Pfutsero A/C, Dr. Neisatuo Mero (Independent) won by 104 votes.
While K.G. Kenye (NDPP) has won 17 Chizami A/C by 1279 votes.
Kuzholuzo Nienu (NPF) too retained 19 Phek A/C by a very small margin of 48 votes.
In Mokokchung district, Tongpang Ozukum (NDPP) has retained 24-Angetyongpang A/C by 2220 votes.
The 13th NLA speaker, Sharingain Longkumer (NDPP) also won easy by 4543 votes at 26 Aonglenden A/C.
Metsubo Jamir (NDPP) has also won the 27 Mokokchung Town A/C by 3911 votes.
Temjen Imna Along, the BJP state president, came on top at 30 Alongtaki A/C by a huge margin of 3748 votes.
In Zunheboto district, Picto (NCP) won the 32 Atoizu A/C by 616 votes.

35 Zunheboto A/C has been won by K. Tokugha Sukhalu (NDPP) by a massive margin of 12028.
Celebrations broke out at 42 Wakching A/C, as W. Chingwang Konyak (NDPP) won by 2733 votes.
At 43 Tapi A/C in Mon district, Noke Wangnao (NDPP) had a close win with 82 votes.
In 47 Aboi A/C, C. Manpon Konyak (Independent) won by 3524 votes.
In 46 Mon Town A/C, A. Mankhao Konyak (NCP) was declared winner with a margin 2611 votes.
In 50 Longleng A/C, A. Ponshi Phom (NCP) beat Nagaland health & family welfare minister S. Pangyu Phom (BJP) by 5270.
59- Seyochung-Sitimi A/C in Kiphire District, C. Kipili Sangtam (NPP) was victorious by 930 votes, while at 60-Pungro-Kiphire A/C, S. Kiusumew Yimchunger was declared winner by a huge margin of 2291.
