The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima would hold a public hearing on November 10 (Tuesday) from 11 a.m. onwards in the office of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission on the proposed Tariff Petition filed by the M/s. Soleos Energy Limited, Gujarat before the Commission for determination of Generation Tariff for proposed 15 MW Solar Power Plant at Tuli, Nagaland.

The Firm had published the summary of the Petition on October 8, 2026 in 2 leading English daily Local Newspaper inviting suggestions/objections from the concerned stakeholders to be submitted to the Secretary NERC latest by October 30, 2026.
